Reflection:
Today it was so hard to fight the food cravings. I spent most of the day thinking about food and obsessing over my weight. I told myself I quit drinking but when the nightfall came I couldn’t resist. I had quite a bit of tequila and when I got drunk I couldn’t ignore my hunger. So at 3 am I gave in and ate a tomato with dressing. Ugh…. when does this get easier.

Workout:
I was unable to make it to the gym today due the severe weather we’ve been encountering in Hawaii lately; thunder storms. Given that it was day one of cutting out food, I felt lethargic, and tired so I did not workout on my own either today. I will make sure to fit in a workout tomorrow.
Reflection:
Today although I felt extremely hungry I ignored my hunger by sleeping through it. I only decided to eat the saimin because my body began to shake, and I got a headache from the lack of nutrients in my body. I know its bad to starve myself. But I want so bad to be skinny. NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS.
